1. What kind of store is MOMO YOSHI?
MOMO YOSHI is a homegoods shop created by people who love life and beautiful spaces. We’re an online home-goods store based in Toronto, Canada—no brick-and-mortar (yet!)—and a fully registered Ontario company with a valid business tax number, so you can shop with confidence.
2. How do you select your products?
A: Our mission is simple: to source beautiful, well-designed home products from around the world. Whether they’re from established brands, independent designers, or no-name makers, If it’s stylish and well-designed, we’ll bring it to you!
3. Are the brands you carry authentic and authorized?
A: Absolutely! Every brand we carry is procured through official channels and fully authorized by the brands or their official distributors/agents, so you can trust the quality and authenticity of everything we sell.
4. Where do you ship to?

5. How long will it take to receive my order?
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Time:
Ontario and Quebec: 2-5 business days.
British Columbia and other remote provinces/territories: 5-10 business days.

During severe weather, postal strikes, or peak holiday seasons, delivery times may be extended.

6. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link. You can use this to track your package in real-time. If you don’t receive this, check your spam folder or contact us directly.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns under specific conditions:
• You must submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
• Please note that ceramic and glass items are non-returnable unless they have quality issues. Handmade imperfections such as bubbles, black spots, or uneven colors are normal and not valid reasons for returns.

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

9. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer gift wrapping services! Please mention it in the order notes during checkout. If you forget to add a note, simply email us at [support@momoyoshi.ca] with your order number as soon as possible.

12. Can I get free shipping if I live in a remote province?
Unfortunately, orders shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are not eligible for free shipping.
