Return Conditions
1. Return Request Deadline:
• All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.
2. Product Condition:
• Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage.
3. Special Notes:
• Ceramic and Glass Products:
All ceramic and glass products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they have a quality issue.
Please note that all ceramic and glass items are handmade. Natural imperfections such as bubbles, black spots, or uneven colors may occur during the firing process. These are normal and will not be accepted as valid reasons for returns or exchanges.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
• Custom-made or discounted items.
• Gift cards or other non-resalable items.
Return Process
1. Submit Your Request:
Email your return request to [support@momoyoshi.ca] and provide the following details:
• Order number
• Item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for the return
2. Return Approval:
We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide instructions via email, including the return address and next steps.
3. Shipping the Item Back:
Once approved, please ship the item(s) to the provided address and send us the tracking number for reference.
Refund Policy
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (processing times may vary depending on your bank).
• Return Shipping Costs:
• For items with quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
