Shipping and Tracking Policy

1. Free Shipping

Orders over $69CAD before tax qualify for free shipping, except for Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

2. Shipping Fees for Orders Below $69CAD
For orders below $69CAD, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout. The fee depends on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order.

3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.

4. Delivery Time
• Ontario and Quebec: 2-5 business days
• British Columbia and other remote provinces/territories: 5-10 business days

• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by severe weather conditions, postal strikes, or holiday seasons.

5. Tracking Your Order

6. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship to Canada. Shipping to the United States will be available soon—stay tuned!
