Please note: This product is a Butter Knife (7 3/4"), not a Butter Spreader (5 1/2").
It is longer and designed for both spreading and light cutting. Please do not confuse it with the shorter, spread-only butter spreader.

The Bistrot collection is dishwasher safe up to 113°F (45°C), but it's best to open the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. When washing by hand, avoid using abrasive sponges. Any small marks on knife blades can be removed with a soft cloth or white vinegar. To preserve the look of light-colored handles, avoid prolonged contact with staining foods like coffee, tea, or tomato sauce.
